Emeriane Avocats advised IFESO on the sale of a majority stake to DCI

Emeriane Avocats advised the founders of IFESO (Institut Français d’Enseignement Stratégique et Opératif), a leading player in military operational art for French armed forces, on the sale of a majority stake to Défense Conseil International.

Jean-Hervé Michelot and Eric Guillemin founded IFESO in 2013 after more than thirty years in the French armed forces.

Since then, they have been joined by nearly twenty trainers who make IFESO a pool of recognized expertise and experience, notably in the decision-making process for development and implementation of crisis management strategies.
